About Me I was introduced to the AIDS/LIFE CYCLE ride 3 years ago . My Partner at that time was diagnosed with AIDS and I was a wreck! My Brother talked me into doing this ride. I hadn't ridden a bike for a long time, and doing 7 days of it was overwhelming. But you know what? I accomplished the Journey and it changed my life. I am just like all of you newbies out there...who think, Can I do this? Yes you can! I am 51 years old, a Breast Cancer Survivor and have had a Hip replacement. So if I can do this ride...I know with training, time and believing in yourself, you can accomplish this life changing event.	Last year at Paradise Pit (Santa Barbara)
